Replicas NOTE

I can make similar pieces of my own work but each creation is unique and one of a kind. I cannot make exact replicas as I don't use molds for them. Since it is done by hand, there will always be variations. I will refuse a commission if you ask me to make a copy of someone else's work. Inspiration is great, and I don't mind pictures, but I will not create someone else's idea unless given permission by the artist, or it is your own work. I have my own style, so please keep that in mind when asking me to make something. At this time, I do not take commissions for humanoids as I am still in the fledgling phase of humanoid creations.

Our Shipping Policy

How It Works

I currently provide free shipping in the US. All items are wrapped in bubble wrap. I also use packaging paper, peanuts, and Styrofoam to protect each creation. For bigger creatures, I will double box. Please be careful when unwrapping anything. Some points and small bits might get stuck behind the wrapping and if yanked, it will break or rip a piece free. Be gentle! I will also sometimes Box in a Bag it, which means it will be wrapped in a black bag. All creatures that are already made will ship within 1-5 days (only time this is delayed is if you order a custom also. Then I will let you know I will ship them together.

One thing to note is if you decide to pay in installments, I will NOT ship the items until the items have been paid in full! 

Our Return Policy

The Small Print

If you asked for a custom and I am in the middle of making it and you decide you do not want it any longer, that is fine. You do not need to purchase the item (which is why I encourage you to reach out before you buy a listing). I reserve the right to finish the product and sell it on my website. If you purchased an item and you have physically received it but did not open it, then you may return it. You will be responsible for paying return shipping and any loss of value for returning an item back in a damaged condition. I will not accept other returns. If an item is broken, we can discuss what can be done to satisfy your needs, and I invite you to read the next section.

Our Policy: broken items

If you reach out to me within the first week of having the sculpture and let me know it is broken, we can work together on a resolution, including a refund/return. After that first week however, you are always welcome to reach out and ask about how to fix something if something breaks, but beyond that point, I do not accept responsibility for broken items. These items are fragile and not meant to be toys or handled roughly. Big sculptures also come with some extra apoxie and direction on how to repair small things. Most often a little bit of glue will fix something, but I am happy to discuss repairs or returns and refunds depending on the damage. 

You can also expect communication from me! I update you on your custom progress each step of the way. I will let you know before I bake if you want changes. After it is baked or hardened, then the details are set and changes will not be made. 

Our Privacy Policy

Your Data is Secure

I use  Square, Zelle, and PayPal, to collect payments. I do not keep any of your personal data or use it for any purposes outside of what you purchased. I do not share names, email addresses, or anything pertaining to you. Pictures and process of making creations, including customs, are posted through Instagram but I do not reveal the person who requested the creation. If you do not want me to share the process, please let me know.

Incomplete Payments

Policy: Unpaid invoices

We do accept payment plans and due dates will be established. Should payment not be completed by the due dates, emails will be sent as reminders. If invoices are not paid within the grace period of 7-8 days, items that were not paid will be returned to the shelf. 25% of what was paid for for the item will be held for a restocking fee and the rest refunded to you. If multiple items are in the order, all items that were paid in full will be shipped to you. Please reach out should you have any questions about this policy. Thank you!
